How much notice do I need to give to book a house removal?

We recommend at least 2 to 4 weeks for most house removals, particularly for larger properties or if you're moving at the end of the month when demand is highest. However, we frequently accommodate last-minute bookings — call us and we'll do our best to fit you in.

Will you disassemble and reassemble my furniture?

Yes. Our crews are experienced in dismantling beds, wardrobes, dining tables, flat-pack furniture and most bespoke pieces. We reassemble everything at your new home at no extra charge.

What if something is damaged during the move?

Every move is covered by our comprehensive goods-in-transit insurance. In the unlikely event of damage, contact us immediately and we'll handle your claim promptly. Full policy details are provided with your booking confirmation.

Do you move plants, TVs and other delicate items?

Yes. We're experienced with fragile and unusual items including large TVs, artwork, mirrors, plants and antiques. We use specialist packing materials and protective wrapping to keep everything safe. Just let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

Can you provide storage if there's a gap between my moves?

Absolutely. We offer secure short and long-term storage that integrates seamlessly with your removal booking. Your belongings are kept in our CCTV-monitored, climate-controlled facility until your new home is ready.

Do you work on weekends and bank holidays?

Yes, we operate seven days a week including most bank holidays. Weekend moves may attract a small surcharge — your quote will make this clear upfront.
